About Us

The Bellevue Food Pantry is a full-service community food pantry providing supplemental food support, crisis assistance, resource referral services, case management, and access to additional basic needs items like: pet food, personal care items, baby care items as well as feminine hygiene products. As the largest full-service community food pantry in Bellevue and the surrounding area, it plays a critical role in addressing food insecurity with dignity, compassion, and holistic support. We help build stronger, healthier, and more resilient community.

Each year, the pantry serves approximately 17,000 neighbors (serve approx.16% military connected households), who are working hard to overcome challenges and build greater economic stability. Beyond meeting their food needs, our team connects families to additional financial, housing, and workforce resources.

The Bellevue Food Pantry is operated by Eastern Nebraska Community Action Partnership (ENCAP), a trusted 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been serving Douglas and Sarpy Counties since 1965. We are deeply committed to strong community partnerships and careful stewardship of all public and private resources. ENCAP’s mission is to provide high-impact programs that help people get ahead.
